Automation
We minimize the processing time and the labour required for battery regeneration.
Our machines are fully automatic. They change and modify the type and intensity of the electric pulses to each individual battery and then adjust automatically as the regeneration progresses.
As part of this process, we have developed software control that precisely regulates parameters such as current pulses, voltages and temperature. Each of these is individually measured more than 2,000 times per second and the process parameters are continuously readjusted based on the recorded values.
There is no need for the operator to select the battery regeneration settings or make any other adjustments during the process. Battery load bank testing shows recovered battery capacity before and after regeneration.Therefore, we achieve a perfect automated process that minimises the time and the skilled labour required for each regeneration and does not require highly qualified operators.
